You should complete the application process by April if you wish to take class in the 1st semester of the academic year, which starts on the 3rd week of June. The immigration authorities of Thailand requires that all those visiting the country for the purpose of studying acquire a non-immigrant ED type of visa (student visa) before entering the country. In order to obtain such visa, you need to present the Thai consular in your country with the acceptance letter issued by Siam University. This acceptance letter is issued when your application to study at the university has been approved.

The test is entirely computer-based and comprises 5 sections: Language Arts, Reading; Language Arts, Writing; Mathematics; Science; and Social Studies. GCE examinations are offered every May/June and January. In Thailand, students who obtain five passes at ‘O’ level (grade A, B, C) can apply for an equivalent to the Mathayom 6 certificate from the Ministry of Education.
