This program is open to students of Thailand and all other countries around the globe. It is anticipated that after graduation from this program, all students will be able to investigate and appreciate significant and relevant clinical problems to the benefit of world health service.

Concept

All Asian countries are in a transition to keep pace with the changing world and globalization. In this respect, the number of qualities professional, particularly in science and technology are very important to sustainable development. These trained science personnel because of their logical and clarification thinking could easily gain access to new knowledge and transfer of technology. It is widely accepted that the availability of scientists in a nation can determine readiness to move toward leadership and sustainable growth. The study and research in medical sciences can be a good basic and starting step for many healthcare careers such as medical technologists, physiotherapist. These professional could play an important role in effective interdisciplinary team.

In order to provide qualified professional in medical science, Siam University and Thonburi hospital has jointly offered the program of bachelor degree of medical science. This program has been designed to make it suitable for both Thai and international students. Graduates are expected to be capable of analyzing and handling most of the major clinical cases.

Career Opportunities and Further Studies

  1. Further study in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, etc.

  6. Results of TOEFL test: total score for cBT: 170; total score for pBT: 500; total score for iBT: 60
  7. Two (2) letters of recommendation (from high school teachers)
