Rooms are rented to students for entire semester occupancy only. Use the Room Availability Form to check availability with the housing department. If the room is available at the specified period, then you may make a guaranteed reservation by paying a deposit of 2-month rent. See Room Reservation below.

We invite you to make a confirmed reservation for your room to avoid disappointment. A confirmed (guaranteed) reservation can be made by paying your first month of rent and 1 month guarantee, as a deposit, and mailing the completed signed Lease Rental Agreement.

1. Download, complete and sign the Lease Rental Agreement.
2. Make the deposit payment (by wire transfer or credit card).
3. Complete the room reservation form, attaching [1] the Lease Rental Agreement, and [2] the bank transfer slip (in case of payment by wire transfer).
4. Siam sends you a letter confirming your reservation (make sure to indicate your correct address on the reservation form).

Payment of Rent and Utilities

Tenants are required to pay their rent in advance, paying the rent at the end of the month for the following month. Utilities bills are sent to tenants once a month and must be paid within a week of receipt. Tenants have the choice to pay their rent and utilities bills in cash or by bank transfer.
