Install of gas to with private car. , pickup truck, bus, 10 wheel truck including car, trailer or vehicle various which Install of gas for a long time may make gas tank valve head NGV defective which unstick valve header tank NGV each occasion the make unstick valve header tank NGV is quite fairly long because no devices help to unstick and in Sahakij project, organizer do study design equipment unstick valve header tank NGV by using program for design equipment unstick valve header tank NGV according standard real Purposes to meet industry standards and equipment design unstick valve header tank NGV reduce the time in unstick valve header tank NGV. This also ease of quick to perform the task and security of unstick valve header tank. The study found that unstick valve header tank NGV 70 liters and 100 liters. Abstract

The main parts of ventilation system are exhaust air fan and supply air duct. The supply air duct can be divided into two parts. The first part is the main air duct which is unbendable. The second part is flexible duct which is bendable and flexible used for connecting the main air duct to the ventilator. Inside the Diplomat Sathorn Condominium, aluminum foil flexible is used in the ventilation system. After installing the main air duct and aluminum foil soft pipe, the ceiling will be closed and drilled to make a hole for the aluminum foil flexible able to come through. Then, a wooden cardboard will be installed for the aluminum foil flexible to be put along inside and connected to the ventilator at the bottom of the wooden cardboard. The problem which happens often is that the wooden cardboard is installed before bringing the aluminum foil flexible out of the ceiling. Thus, it is impossible to get the aluminum foil flexible from the ceiling by using hand because the distance is too far. In this project, we designed and developed of aluminum foil flexible clamp handle to facilitate in getting the aluminum foil flexible from the ceiling down to the connecting point with the ventilator. The result found in this project is that the tool can extend the distance in reaching the aluminum foil flexible and save time in picking the aluminum foil soft pipe. Previously, it took about 30 minutes to finish this task in each room. By using this tool, it takes only 5 minutes per room.

Abstract

A wrought steel was developed from a forgery. In the past, a forgery could be seen in black smith. Firstly, its process changed from stretching with sintering to wrought and compressed processes. The common problem that is found in the industry is distorted shafts that steel can not be grind. Therefore there have to be a machine that bending the shafts first before grinding. The organization has the hydraulic compressor that is used as a large scale, so the machine is hard to control due to the heavy weight of material which is equal to 30 tons. Also, the distant of the machine is too far, and there is a difficulty of machine movement which causes delay in the process. In this project, there will be the solution to solve the mentioned problem by modifying the compressor to be more efficient. The modification is from 2 tons and 20 tons of carjacks which can be moved and grinding steel effectively. The results are beneficial for the organization. Not only it can save time, but it also can be maintenance easily. Besides, the modification is safer to use than the old one.

Abstract

The laser cutting machine is important with parts and assembles automotive manufacturing process for steel cutting of identify part. There is important component that is the roller clutch trailer system which helps to feed steel into the laser cutting machine. The roller clutch trailer system is lifted high up for slid conveniently when steel plate into laser cutting machine and pressed down when the steel plate is position appropriate of laser cutting. Nowaday the roller clutch trailer system of the laser cutting machine of this company was designed by automatic control. When the laser cutting machine has been using long time so the performance of the roller clutch trailer automatic control system damaged which affect to time and cost increase of maintenance So, this project the roller clutch trailer is improved by the control valve system instead automatic control which affect to time and cost reduce of process .

Abstract

Prom Techno Service Co., Ltd. is a company certified by ISO. This operates in equipment maintenance services, monitors the use of the building such as utility systems, wastewater treatment systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, fire systems and construction of all types. The team of engineers and specialists have managed from planning, maintenance, inspection, repair, consulting and result analysis along with proposed solutions, including the revision of the machine. The company took cooperative students to study working system at Saranrom Palace in the sample of air conditioning and ventilation systems, fire systems, sanitary systems and electrical systems. Training Cooperative Education, the learner has found major problems in air conditioning systems. The air conditioning system in the type of normal split part wasted too much energy. This influenced the learner to represent the methodology of replacement on normal split part air conditioner in the building to inverter air conditioner (VRF), which is air conditioning systems splitting type with many cooling coils connected with single heated coil. Also compare electricity cost between the usage of air conditioners (normal split part) and inverter air conditioners (VRF) to find payback period. The result came out that the energy usage of inverter air conditioners (VRF) was saver than air conditioners (normal split type). This could save up to 329,472 baht / year, with a payback period of 1.51 years.

Abstract

Currently, real estate construction business is growing tremendously especially in Bangkok and vicinity areas. This is because these areas are economics center with high number of population density. Many manufacturing companies of condominium and high buildings are competing in residence construction business. There are many components in the construction of a high building such as sanitary system, cold water system, electrical system, building structure, of which a lot of time and money are required for installation. To improve this, an innovation has been invented to reduce cost and time in building construction focusing on sanitary system. A new method was invented for connecting west water pipe of sanitary wares for the benefits of related companies and organizations. This west water pipe connecting innovation can reduce many steps in installing west water pipe system and accelerate the process. The west water pipe installation becomes more accurate than using former method as the number of damaged pipes or consumable products caused by installation faults of technician are reduced. The consumable materials cost reduce from 8% to 3%. The installation time is also shortened from 2.40 hours to 2 hours. By using this west water pipe installation innovation, the company can save cost for 12.76% in building room T01 for 10 rooms in 8 floors. This innovation can be applied for pipe system of other sanitary works.

Abstract

The main components of wastewater treatment are a wastewater treatment plant and an aerator pump. They are divided into two parts, a grease trap and a wastewater collection well. Checking and repairing these parts are time consuming. Problems can occur quickly, so checking and performing maintenance on the aeration pump must be done frequently. Checking is difficult because it takes a strong person to pull the pump and fill up the air. For this project i created a series of air lift pumps taken by using a winch and hanging reel, making it easier to do work. The project was to design and develop a series of air life pumps for wastewater treatment, to facilitate lifting of the aerator pump for wastewater treatment rise checks. The project resulted in a reduction in work time, reducing the pump lift time form 20 minutes to only 5 minutes. It was a success and will make work much easier in the future.

Abstract

The project aims to test the capability and facilitate in opening and closing of cover plate in wastewater systems. Thus, it will be easier to check water condition and inspect water pump in the condominium. At present, there had been a steady increase in number of residents in the condominium. The water is an essential part of our life, when we consume the water supply, our wastewater is discharged through the drain to wastewater treatment tank of the condominium. Here, it will undergo biological treatment of wastewater, monitor and disinfect in order to remove pollutants in wastewater. Thus, water quality will be improved and lessen the adverse effect to waterways and the environment prior to being discharged into public sewers for the further treatment. This project has designed and developed The structure of cover plate maintenance in wastewater systems The result show that it’s save time 15 minutes reduce work force, and increase working safety. The system is functioned by using the installed hooks and lifers to hook with both sides of manhole or drain cover and pries it open instantly.

Abstract

A Laser cutting machine is designed for steel cutting with laser that high pierce beams. The laser cutting machine is required safety sensors for automatic shutdown in emergency case for the operated user protection. The conventional laser cutting machine composed of two wire lines. It damaged owing to use a long time. So, in this cooperative project is improved the sensor safety system up to date with safety. The design system is detected to look like a curtain. It is affected in better performance to be more comfortable and secure than the original system.

Abstract

The beam is an essential component of the design and manufacture process of crane. The function is to be clash the force from the moving objects/parts. Producing of a beam crane is required for both the quality and enduring strength. In the producing process of a beam crane, the two pieces of steel are welded. Method for how to steel joints close together, the manufacturer will bring the frame to cover the steel. Then, it is hammered a wedge between the rectangular frame and the work piece. In the procedure, it is affected to increase time and cost. The problem is improved by construction of a prototype for steel compression with pneumatic system. It is achieved of steel joints close together quickly by pneumatic pressure. Therefore, it reduce loss of time and cost.

Abstract

The cooperative study was conducted to study the use and maintenance of the machinery used in food packaging. Researchers found problems in machine maintenance work; it is caused by technicians and machine operators. They cannot read and cannot understand operation and maintenance period because the manual is English language. Researchers have worked to translate manual into the Thai language for technicians and machine operators able to work accurately with insight into the work, better performance after read the manual that has been translated and understanding of how to use it. Numbers of survey are 10 members to conclusion. Technicians and machine operators can operate accurately and quickly, greater confidence in the operation, perform the steps correctly and safety to operate more than 90 percent. They have work understanding of more than 80 percent can be used to troubleshoot the more accurate 70 percent respectively.

Abstract

In the design of the 2.3 x 3 x 2.3 meter cabinet, the beam will be place in the same way, with a load of 500 kilograms, which will be seen as unnecessary. It was redesigned to reduce material and structure. Using finite element method for analysis. The original 2.3 x 3 x 2.3 meter cabinet design accommodates actual weight. Compared with the new design structure. based on the original size, the new beam are place. Using finite element method for analysis. It was found that the newly designed structure was capable of carrying the weight of the original structure 500 kg. using the finite element method. The newly redesigned structure can reduce material by up to 13 meters, resulting in lower production costs than traditional structures.

Abstract

From a design of this assembled cabinet’s structure size 2.5 x 3 x 2.9 Meter. As usual, a structure design has references from structure safety assembly size which put beams into the square shape. As a result, it make unable to know the structure that design for heavy weight support or use material unnecessary. Therefore, we think a methods in assembled Cabinet’s structural analysis size 2.5 x 3 x 2.9 meters, It designs from the existing structure and analyze to find strength for support the weight more than 1 ton. It can support for expect weight, after that we compare another structure design which referenced from the original size, but change from the original format to squares. As the result, a new design that analyzed by finite elements method. Can support weight more than 1 ton and its can be safe like an original design, but the new design structure less use conventional steels. And finally, the structure design make a new cost that more effective in producing than original design and can support heavy weight same.

Abstract

This report is for the study of the characteristics of the temperature of the wall of the cabinet. Between normal walls using polyurethane foam. Wall with polyurethane foam in combination with polystyrene foam, wall thickness 41 mm, consist of 3 layers with first layer, galvanized steel, thickness 0.5 mm, second layer, foam 40 mm, third layer steel Bond 0.5 millimeter. The simulation results are then used to analyze the temperature changes. By assigning external weather conditions to 40 degrees, and inserting the thermal conductivity of the materials in each layer. The temperature of the steel surface measured from the 60-degree thermometer is due to the surface being heated. Therefore, the convection of heat into the atmosphere by using the steady-state value is 5 watts per square meter. By inserting these variables into the program to help calculate the temperature distribution. The results showed that polyurethane foam can be used in combination with polystyrene foam to make the panel wall. And it has lower heat flow because of lower thermal conductivity. Therefore, the temperature distribution is lower. It makes the heat flow through the wall less than the wall using a normal wall with polyurethane foam alone. And the price of polystyrene foam is cheap. This reduces the cost of producing the transmitter wall.

Abstract

This report aims to build a waste water pump to replace the factory’s original pump for reducing the duration of pumping water out of the alcohol tank and reduce the cost of buying a pump by creating a real water pumping for testing and then do a summary. The results of the test of water pumping which made from the waste materials found that the flow rate of the pump is 42.6 liters per minute and the maximum is 7 meters with a 12 volt battery. The benefits of this study by testing the waste water pump, it can be saved the time up to 85%.On the other hand, the original water pumping can be saved the time just up to 30%. To conclude, the water pumping, which is small size, can be used more flexibly also it is made from recycled materials.
