- 1. Borrowing Card for Document Loss Prevention
The study is Borrowing Card for Document Loss Prevention. The objectives are 1) to reduce the time to finding the document 2) to note that who took the document and 3)to prevent the loss of documents. Antecedent is who took the document from the file, but not put them back. Then staff spend a lot of time to finding document The initiative of Borrowing Card Project in the Administration Department will trial it for 3 months. After the experiment, it showed that the document is not lost. Staff can reduce the time to find the document. It makes more time to work.

The cooperative educationproject: recording information about raw materials inventory with the Express system. The objectives of this study were to: 1) study about using the Express system to record information about raw materials inventory; 2) see advantages of using the Express system for raw materials inventory.
Formerly, SL Family Co.,Ltd. recorded information about raw materials for production with the Stock Card system, but the problem was that there were some errors in recording and it was difficult to inspect raw materials inventory. Therefore, the Express system for recording information was brought to use instead. This Express system is a ready-made software for recording information in storing raw materials for production. The advantages of using the Express system are convenience and accuracy in recording income and expense of raw materials. It is also easy to inspect an amount of raw materials inventory. Beside, it can bring information about raw materials inventory to use easily.

The project “A manual for using program in recording the information of land juristic act (T.D.16) by the Revenue Department, Bangkok area 26 ” The objectives of this project are 1.) to make the manual for using program in recording the information of land juristic act (T.D.16) 2.) to use the manual for training new employees in order to use the program correctly.
The result of this project found that this manual is able to be used accurately for training. This manual helps the employees to get the knowledge of using the program. In addition, the level of overall employees’ satisfaction toward using the manual for using program in recording the information of land juristic act (T.D.16) is at a high level (X = 4.22) and the result of satisfaction in each espect can be put in order from high to low as the following : the satisfaction about content is in a highest level (X = 4.52) and the satisfaction about presentation is in a high level (X = 3.53)
The research is made with the objective of 1. Knowing about the pattern of the People Bank Project operation 2. Knowing the level of the service user’s satisfaction of the People Bank Project of Government Savings Bank, Seacon Bangkae Branch.
From the study, the overall satisfaction for using the service of the Public Bank Project was found to be in the much level (x = 4.30). When considering individual aspects, all 9 aspects were found to have the satisfaction in the much level. The aspect with the highest average value is the image of the bank (x = 4.30), second is on the physical characteristics (x = 4.28), on the product and service (x= 4.23), on the employee who is the service provider (x = 4.14), on the service efficiency and quality (x 4.12), on the service providing process (x=4.06), on the place where the service is given (x = 3.80), on the price (x = 3.78) and on the marketing promotion (x= 3.58) respectively.
Co-operative educations project “The satisfaction of service using the fiber 2U product of TOT Public Company Limited”. The purpose of this project followed as 1) Study the fiber 2 U product of TOT Public Company Limited 2) Study the satisfaction of service using the fiber 2 U product of TOT Public Company Limited.
The result shown that The level of satisfaction on service of fiber 2 U of TOT Public Company Limited was high in overall (=4.19). When considering in each aspects found that the level of satisfaction in all aspects were high. The level of satisfaction in the aspects of marketing channel was the high (=4.30), the next down were the aspects of quality of product (=4.26), marketing promotion
(=4.11) and price of product (=4.06)

At the preset time Registered Ordinary Partnership Tong-janmanually record all documents and have a problem on significant delayed time search for desired document. The researcher suggested a solution to record all document digitally via a use of Microsoft Excel program. The researcher explained how to use Excel program to incorporate client records and various document in 4 easy steps, 1. Make table labels, 2. record the information by the labels such as; customer address under Address, 3. save the file under a folder in a computer directory, 4. record all purchasing order via the Excel files. After the use of Excel the firm drastically perform faster and efficiently on all document process and reduced all problem on all document searching process and also reduced process and time for sorting all documents.

The operation that conducted at Collection Furniture Co., LTD. at 89/30 Moo 5, Srinakarin road, TumbonBangmueng, AmpurMuengSamutprakran Province. The author have studied the company operation and identify problems. The researcher have found that the company itself does not have an efficient way to manage company’s merchandise stock. the research suggested a solution to manage Collection Furniture Co., LTD. merchandise stock with a use of computer program : Microsoft Excel. By recording all merchandise items of the company in excel file. The information that will be in the file include product’s code, size, cost, amount left, and so on. the company have the merchandise update via the factory delivery’s invoice and will update sold items daily via order invoice from sale department.

This project was created with the aim of collecting data of Building Department by using Microsoft Excel.
The project author started the project by reviewing data required to be recorded, and then designing a data entry form in accordance with characteristics and details of data by utilizing Microsoft Excel. After that, the project author entered all data into the developed form. Results of recording data into the data entry form made from Microsoft Excel were that Building Department data was more systematically organized, it was easy to store data, and it made possible to validate, edit and retrieve data quickly. Besides, it was not only convenient to keep data secured, thereby reducing data loss from damage of hard copies, but also able to add and modify data entry forms, as well as to add more fields in existing forms.
