STUDENTS’ COORDINATORS

Students’ coordinators in SIAM are set to guide students and monitor the activities carried in the university. The students’ coordinators are mainly university staffs and also dedicated undergraduates who have leadership skills to assist with implementing University Orientation programs year after year.

Students’ coordinators in SIAM are set to guide students and monitor the activities carried in the university. The students’ coordinators are mainly university staffs and also dedicated undergraduates who have leadership skills to assist with implementing University Orientation programs year after year.

Students’ Coordinators assist in the selection, training, recruiting and supervising freshman students. Students’ Coordinators equally serve as mentors and supervisors and work together as a team to manage many aspects of the students and challenges facing them. They provide leadership in their areas of responsibility. SIAM students’ coordinators are at the service of making processes faster and easier for newcomers and also brief them about the life in Bangkok, Thailand.

They work hand-in-hand with administrators to ensure the smooth running and development of the system is judiciously managed and maintained. As the Students’ Coordinators also comprise of students. These students coordinate the affairs of the freshmen and sophomores, while the university staff supervises the disciplinary issues and conducts of the students as a whole.

The office of the Student’s coordinators is found in building 19, first floor and the office is also responsible for the needs of every organization that recruits in SIAM.

There are different various ways Students’ Coordinators renders help to the students in SIAM

  1. Recruit Students in the University.
  2. Help students with registration and admission.
  3. Provide information to students regarding the current changes in the registration process
  4. Help students with basic needs and hospital locations.
  5. Provide guide books for international students who just arrived.
  6. Help students develop positive relationships with peers and teachers.
  7. Help students with university-related problems, and any issue that interferes with their studies.
  8. Organize events and activities.
  9. Help students improve various social skills
  10. Establish a flow of communication in socializing and planning activities.

 

Students’ Coordinators in SIAM are specially trained staff member who provides guidance and support to all students. Help students develop a positive attitude toward school and learning, and also create a convenient environment for students to study comfortably.
