Staff: Academic and Administrative - Working at Siam

All staff are coverd by an insurance from the Office of Social Security, an organization attached to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.

The insurance scheme covers:

  • injury and illness
  • maternity expenses
  • children less than 6 years old, etc.

Ask for a booklet from the insurance company at the personal department (in Thai only) or visit the website [http://www.sso.go.th/en/node/164] of the Office of Social Security.

The university encourages international staff and faculty to buy additional insurance.
